Timothy Froude
P. Geo.

Position: Director, President & CEO

Tim is a graduate of Memorial University of Newfoundland and has been active in the mineral exploration business for over 30 years. Over that time, he has worked with a number of highly regarded firms including Inco Ltd. where he spent nearly 10 years working on projects in North America and overseas and was part of the team that discovered the Bobby’s Pond massive sulphide deposit in Central Newfoundland. Tim is also directly responsible for the discovery of the Valentine Lake gold deposit in Central Newfoundland, currently under advanced stage exploration by Marathon Gold. Over the course of his career, Tim has worked for a number of successful junior companies including Altius Minerals Corporation, Cornerstone Resources, Crosshair Exploration & Mining Corporation and Golden Dory Resources, the latter three companies as VP of Exploration. He also spent 1 year serving as Executive Director of the Newfoundland and Labrador Chamber of Mineral Resources, now Mining NL. Tim now serves as President and CEO of Sokoman Minerals Corp.

Eric Myung
CPA, CA

Position: Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Myung is a Senior Financial Analyst of Marrelli Support Services Inc. and has previously worked in a public accounting firm focused on small and medium business for seven years. Mr. Myung is a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant and has a Master of Accounting degree from University of Waterloo.

Cathy Hume

Position: Director & VP Corporate Development

Cathy Hume has built her career in Investor Relations specializing in small cap companies upon recognizing their intrinsic needs from the point of view of a Toronto retail broker, a position she held for 11 years. Cathy's integrity and personable personality has fostered enduring business relationships and has permitted her IR portfolio of clients to grow exclusively from referrals since 1993.

Throughout the years, Cathy has volunteered by supporting several not-for-profit organizations as well as professional associations. In the late 1980s she sat on the Board of Directors of the PDAC and the University of Guelph. She was Co-Chair of Women in Mining, Toronto Branch, and an instructor of Ryerson University's course "Resource Valuation, Financing, and Investor Relations" offered by The Chang School of Business as part of its Certificate in Mining Management. Cathy is also a dedicated board member of The Townships Project, a South African-focused charity.

Daniel Lee
B. Sc. Hons.

Position: Vice President Exploration

Daniel is graduate of Memorial University of Newfoundland and has been active in the mineral exploration business ever since with a career spans over 30 years focused on base and precious metals projects in Newfoundland and Labrador. He started with Noranda in the late 1980’s, working on VMS properties in central NL, notably the delineation of the Duck Pond Deposit. After joining Archean Resources in 1996, Dan was a key member of the geological team that developed the Voisey’s Bay Project, originally as a core logging geologist, and continuing with succeeding companies to Senior Geologist working with Vale on multi-disciplinary teams providing key inputs to pre-feasibility and feasibility studies at Voisey’s Bay. He subsequently joined Coastal Gold at the former Hope Brook Gold mine in 2010 as Project Manager where efforts were directed at assessing the remaining resource for completion of a Preliminary Economic Analysis. Dan joined the Sokoman Minerals team in 2018 and has been guiding exploration at the project ever since.
