Clarks Brook Gold Property

Project Summary

The Clarks Brook property was acquired from Metals Creek Resources in late 2017. To earn an initial 75% interest, Sokoman must make cash payments of $45,000 over three years and issue a total of 3,000,000 common shares of the company over three years (1,000,000 shares issued) and incur work expenditures of $800,000 over three years. Project is in Year 2 of the agreement.

The Road accessible property is located 35 km southeast of the Company’s Moosehead Property, and 15 kms NE of the idle Beaver Brook Antimony Mine. The property is host to high level, epithermal style gold mineralization hosted in a turbitite sequence with historical grab sample assays ranging from 2.98 g/t to 24.5 g/t gold. Previous workers completed prospecting, Induced Polarization (IP) and Magnetics, but no drilling took place.

Sokoman Iron 2017/2018 drilling returned 3.74 g/t gold over 3.10 metres including 14.73 g/t gold over 0.60 metres. Mineralization is open in all directions.
