Corporate Overview

TSX-V: SIC

Sokoman Minerals Corp. is a discovery-oriented company with projects in Newfoundland & Labrador, Canada.

Focus

The Company’s primary focus is its portfolio of gold projects in Central Newfoundland on the structural corridor hosting the 4.2-million-ounce Valentine Lake gold project 150 km southwest of the Company’s high-grade Moosehead gold project. In the summer of 2018, four months after acquiring the Moosehead Project, the company announced the discovery of a new zone of high-grade gold mineralization in its first hole which returned 11.90 m @ 44.96 g/t Au in what is now known as the Eastern Trend. Subsequent drilling returned impressive intercepts of 24.90 m @ 33.56 g/t Au and 5.10 m @ 124.2 g/t Au. 5 Phases of diamond drilling have been completed on multiple zones at the project. The Phase 6 Drilling program is now planned to reach 100,000m and will be pausing over the year end and then will continue into 2022.

Exploration work has commenced on the Fleur de Lys project to follow up on several promising gold bearing trends, and gold in till anomalies.

Activity is ramping up on the Joint Venture properties with Benton Resources (the Alliance). Airbourne surveys and geochemical sampling have been carried out, and some initial drilling as well. New mineralized zones for gold and other in demand commodities have been discovered. Follow-up work is being planned for these properties.

Vision

Sokoman Minerals Corp. Gold Properties NL Newfoundland and Labrador Canada
“Big Structures. Big Gold”
Operating in Canada’s newest emerging gold district, Central Newfoundland, Sokoman Minerals stands by its “Big Structures. Big Gold” motto. We are strategically positioned with multiple quality projects along underexplored ~150-km long trend, where gold is associated with regional scale structures.

Message From CEO

“Drilling continues to confirm high-grade gold at Moosehead and provide insights into the complex geological controls of the high-grade mineralization. Our methodical approach is paying off as we continue to intersect and extend the interpreted high-grade shoots that lie within the larger envelope of gold mineralization. With high-grade gold existing in all known zones within an area at least 700 m in strike, up to 200 m in width and at least 250 m vertical, the potential to link these zones as well as expand the footprint of the Moosehead system is high. The current 100,000 m Phase 6 drilling program will continue with occasional breaks through 2022."

“We are extremely pleased with the early results from the North Pond, barge-based drilling. The barge program consisted of 20 holes, testing both the Upper Eastern Trend and the Footwall Splay zones. Gold mineralized veins have been encountered in the majority of the holes completed to date."

“We see growth potential in all areas of the known mineralized corridors as well as discovery potential on our numerous regional targets. We are proving again through this exploration that much of Newfoundland has been underexplored, and what is required is an aggressive approach to drilling."

"At Grey River, the large silica system is being tested by drilling. The size of the system is impressive, and we hope to determine regional controls on the gold mineralization as we move forward with the program."

"At Golden Hope, the results from our first drilling program at the Kraken pegmatite field have confirmed our objectives, with lithium grades reported comparing favourably to many global lithium projects currently known. Drilling at Kraken’s East Dyke Swarm has delivered multiple significant intersections of spodumene-rich pegmatite with multiple targets remaining to be tested. We will be completing a multidisciplinary program to further define drill targets at this rapidly-emerging lithium prospect."

"We expect 2022 and forward to be very exciting for Sokoman with drilling ongoing at Moosehead and further exploration planned for multiple gold projects, as well as the further testing of our Lithium discovery."
